Sticky Thing Touch

An interactive toy for phones and tablets.
It's an HTML5 web page, not an app.

It should run on a good number of devices, phones and tablets, not just the latest and greatest models.
Works offline too.

Notes for Android

Slight differences:

The Android browser doesn't yet support accelerometer and multitouch, changing the size is in the options panel instead
Changing stiffness is disabled, it causes issues on some models
(to be investigated)
You can try the Flash version as well, it actually performs better on some devices
(make sure you have the very latest Flash player installed)

Notes for iOS

The accelerometer works with iOS 4.2 (from late 2010).
To check your version see Settings > General > About > Version.
